Step 1: Free estimate — in person or virtually
We start with a conversation. Tell us about the property, the timeline, and what you're dealing with. We'll schedule a free on-site or virtual walkthrough, assess the scope of the job, and give you clear, straightforward pricing — no surprises, no pressure. Most jobs are completed within one to three days of booking.
Step 2: We show up and get to work
Our team arrives on time and handles everything — packing, sorting, and removing every item in the home. You don't need to sort anything ahead of time or be present during the cleanout. We take care of it all, treating every item and every space with care and respect.
Step 3: Donation-first sorting
Everything is sorted with intention. Usable items go to trusted local Denver charities — organizations that put furniture, household goods, food and clothing directly into the hands of families who need them. What can't be donated or consigned is disposed of responsibly. Our goal is always landfill last.
Step 4: Clean space, done deal
When we're finished, the property is cleared, swept out, and ready — for sale, for rent, or for whatever comes next. We'll send you a donation confirmation for your records and follow up to make sure everything met your expectations. A note about what we do — and don't do
Greater Goods specializes in whole-home and estate cleanouts — not individual item pickup or furniture removal. If you have a full home, condo, storage unit, or estate to clear, we're the right fit. If you're looking to donate a few pieces of furniture, we'd encourage you to reach out directly to local organizations like ARC Thrift, Habitat ReStore, or West Colfax Lampstand who coordinate direct donations.
